西安博爱国际学校是陕西省第一所经国家教育部和陕西省教育厅批准的有资格招收中、小学外国留学生（含港澳台学生）的学校。自1999年开始招收留学生以来，已在留学生的教学、管理、生活方面形成了学校独特的风格。来博爱国际学校的留学生先经过我校汉语预科班学习，通过HSK初级 考试合格后即编入中国学生本科班学习。除政治、历史外，其余均与中国学生所学课程一致，学习时间也一致，学习期满经考试合格后可取得与中国学生相同的初、高中学历证书。这样就为留学生创造了一个非常好的与中国学生学习交流的条件与机会。

　　由于西安博爱国际学校在留学生的中、小学教育中采用的先进而又独特的教学方法所以留学生们汉语提高很快。学习优秀的学生一般三至六个月就通过了HSK汉语初级考试。

一、招生范围及学历确定
　　1、小学、初中、高中学历证书班
　　（1）对汉语零起点的外国学生首先要参加半年至一年期汉语语言班学习，取得汉语水平考试三级以上证书者可直接按照该生相应学业水平进入中国学历证书班学习。
　　（2）有一定汉语基础的新生入学者，先要参加摸底考试，然后按照考试成绩进入相应的年级学习
　　（3）学生达到规定的学分后，经学校组织考试合格，发给相应的小学、初中、高中毕业文凭。
　　（4）未达到初、高中毕业的学生，可在我校申请参加初、高中毕业考试，经我校考试合格后，再发给由中国政府承认的初中、高中毕业证书，凭此证书可报考中国任何大学。据陕教外[2002]29号文件精神， 中国政府部门已授权我校对来华外国学生的初中、高中生进行毕业考试。我校是中国教育部门在陕西省内唯一授权的学校。
　　2、两年至三年期语言班
　　高中毕业生或在校大学生以及汉语水平为零或者有一定汉语基础的外国人。年龄、性别不限。
　　3、一年期语言班
　　想来华通过短期学习提高汉语交际能力的外国人。

二、课程设置
　　主课：汉语、听力、阅读、口语、写作、中国传统文化
　　文化课：音乐、手工、信息、体育、美术（选修：英语、书法、太极拳、舞蹈）

三、教学时间
　　教学时间为一至三年，三年时间分为初、中、高三个阶段，每个阶段各有两个等级（初一、初二、中一、中二、高一、高二）。新生入校后，先进行分班考试，然后按照成绩进入相应的班级。
初、中、高三个阶段的教学时间分别为一学年（两个学期），每学期教学时间为20周，每周授课35学时，一学年为1400学时。

　　为了保证在中国西安博爱国际学校学习的外国留学生受到良好的教育，也为了保证学校对留学生的教育与管理工作能够顺利进行，根据中华人民共和国法律及有关外国留学生管理工作的规定，中国西安博爱国际学校（以下简称甲方）与留学生__________及家长___________（以下简称乙方）本着本等自愿的原则达成以下协议：

甲方：西安博爱国际学校的责任及义务
1、尊重留学生的人格，尊重其国情及民族的习惯，不得有歧视行为；
2、全面负责留学生的教育与管理，经考试合格的留学甲方保证其应享有的权益。
3、对外国留学生开设的课程如下：
A、一年期语言班
（1）开设课程：汉语、体育、计算机、手工。
（2）在国外已有高中毕业证书来中国后参加中国政府HSK（汉语水平考试）过四级以上学生，学校确保按照个人志愿推荐报考中国优秀大学，其中已与甲方签定协议的中国大学乙方学生可免试入学。
B、两年至三年期语言班
（1）开设课程：汉语、汉语阅读与写作、英语、体育、计算机、手工；
（2）未达到初、高中毕业学生可在我校申请参加初、高中毕业考试，经我校考试合格后，发给该生中国政府颁发的初中、高中毕业证书，凭此证书可报考中国任何大学。中国政府教育部门已授权我校对来华留学生的初中、高中生进行毕业考试，这是中国政府教育部门在陕西省内唯一的授权。（批准证书：陕教外[2002]29号）；
C、初中、高中学历证书班
（1）对汉语零起点的外国留学生首先要参加半年至一年期汉语语言班学习，取得HSK考试三级以上证书可直接按照在国外相等学历进入中国学历证书班学习；
（2）开设课程：按照不同年级分别开设语文、数学、英语、物理、化学、生物、历史、地理、计算机、思想品德、体育、礼仪等课程。
（3）学生达到规定的学分经学校组织考试合格后发给相应的初、高中毕业文凭。
4、学校对学习成绩合格者发给毕业证书，对于表现突出的学生给予表彰、奖励，也可申请奖学金。确保品学兼优的学生上中国大学学习深造。
5、根据中国的有关法律规定，学校负责学生的教学及管理，但不是学生的监护人，对于不服从学校管理教育的学生，违反学校规定，私自外出、打架斗殴，违反中国的法律法规等行为造成不良后果的学校不承担法律责任。
6、其它：
（1）甲方不承担乙方学生的保险及医疗费用；
（2）甲方不承担乙学生在节假日期间的伙食费用，但承担乙方学生住宿费用；
（3）每年学习时间从当年9月1日起至第二年7月1日止，中途退学者学校不退任何费用。

乙方：（学生及家长）
1、必须遵守中华人民共和国的法律法规，尊重中国国情及民族习惯，服从学校管理；
2、国外留学生入学必须向学校提出书面申请，认真如实的填写《外国留学生来华签证登记表》，经学校审查并报陕西省教育厅批准后，学生携带《外国留学生来华签证登记表》、《健康检查证明书》等原件前往中国驻留学生所在国使（领）馆办理来华签证，并持以上材料在规定时间内办理正式入学手续。
3、按照学校规定按时缴纳费用，不可拖欠。
4、留学生必须服从学校的管理，对严重违反学校校纪，影响到其他学生学习者，应接受学校的口头警告、警告、开除学籍等处理。对于开除及自行离校的学生，学校不退费用。学生打架造成对方伤害，家长应承担受伤害方的一切医疗费用和赔偿费。学生损坏公物应照价赔偿。
5、乙方学生发生第二次打架必须开除学籍，并不退费用。
6、乙方学生不允许吸烟、喝酒并不允许进入营业性舞厅。
7、乙方学生护照由甲方统一保管。
8、本协议有甲乙双方签字后生效。未尽事宜，由甲乙双方协商解决。本协议一式三份，甲乙双方各持一份，一份备案。

●　我爱中国的“博爱”

　　我的中国名字叫罗马，我从很远的吉尔吉斯斯坦来西安博爱国际学校学习汉语，在这里差不多七个月了。
记得刚来中国的时候，我只会说一句汉语“你好！”现在我已经可以很流利地和中国朋友聊天了。我对这儿的生活已经习惯了，每天大概学十来个小时，而且老师给我们讲课讲得非常好。我觉得在这里可以轻松愉快地学好汉语，除了汉语课以外还有别的课，像电脑课、手工课、美术课，我最喜欢体育课，这门课很有意思。
我的父母希望我来到这儿好好地学习汉语，学完以后我想当个好的翻译。所以我要好好学习，将来才能实现我的梦想。

Curriculum of foreign students
Basic curriculum – Grade One
a) Curriculum: The Chinese language, physical health education, computer studies, handcraft.
b) If a student can pass level 4 and above of the Chinese government HSK examination, we assure that we can recommend the student for university.
Year Two – Year Three curriculum – Grade Two and Three
c) Curriculum: The Chinese language, Chinese reading and writing, physical health education, computer studies, handcraft.
d) Students who are from other countries can study at junior middle school and senior middle school in our school. On completion of curriculums, the school will award students certificate then they can attend universities in China. Please note that international students can only study and take examinations at Bo-Ai International School.
Junior middle school and senior middle school.
e) Students who have no Chinese knowledge at all, first of all must study the Chinese language for half a year to one year, then they can pass level 3 of the Chinese government HSK examination and they can begin their studies.
f) Curriculums in various grades; Chinese language, mathematics, English language, physics, chemistry, biology, history, geography, computer, ideology, physical health education, ceremonies and so on.
g) We will award certificate of junior middle school and senior middle school to students who pass examinations.
h) We will not only award certificates but also reward good students and honor them, meanwhile students can apply for exhibition. We assure that they can study in universities in China.
i) According to laws and regulations of China, we will be responsible for student including studying, education, and management of students.if students do not obey or break the school rules, sneak at of school, engage in fighting, disregard the laws and regulations of China,and get themselves involved in serious crimes, we will not be responsible for them.
j) Others
A. Students must be able to afford premiums and medical fees.
B. On holidays and weekends only, student must pay for their own food at school, but living is free.
C. Students are to study Chinese language during the September to July period, if they fail to study we regret to inform you that fees can not be refunded.

Students and parents
students must abide by the laws and regulations of China, and also respect the Chinese national customs and policies.
Students must give requisitions to our school, fill in the registration form for international students, submit their health certificates to the school office to process visas, then come for registering on time.
According to the regulations of the school, students must pay any required fee on time, e.g tuition fee and so on.
International students must obey the rules and regulations governing the school, if they fail to study or break any of the rules,firstly;we will give warning and orientation on what they are allowed to do and what they are not permitted to do. Afterwards, student caught breaking the rules will be expelled and must return back to his/her home country. In cases where students engage in fighting physical combat with one another, and either of them sustain serious injury; the parent of the student who caused the injury will be responsible for the medical bills and compensation. we regret to inform that all fees paid are none refundable
Smoking and drinking alcohol within school premises is highly prohibited; students are also not permitted to go to nightclubs.
Issues concerning visas will be managed by our school.
This agreement will take effect as soon as both parties sign names and validity will be the duration stated therein.
